Unfortunately the run remained one of the worst in recent memory. I have to agree 100% with you, many people try to fish too fast of water with the wrong equipment not only for bulls, but Salmon and others as well. I will us a faster sinking line in faster/deeper water, but for the most part bulls don't like the really fast water anyway.
